The hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist spots, which made it easy for us to explore the city during the Christmas holidays. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the excellent water pressure in the shower. The warm and cozy environment of the hotel also made it a perfect place to visit during the winter.
The staff seemed to have difficulty with English which made communicating a bit challenging. In addition, the breakfast service ended too early, which was disappointing as we missed out on some of the food. Despite these shortcomings, the staff did their best to be helpful and accommodating during our stay.

Great location, near most tourist attractions. Rooms were warm and comfortable, perfect for our winter city trip. We also appreciated the quietness of the hotel.
This made the check-in process a bit difficult, but at least they tried their best to assist us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just in front of the river, making it easy to access the ice festival and other attractions. The staff were friendly and even upgraded my room upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. I also appreciated the complimentary tea in the room. The hotel was warm and cozy, which was especially nice during the winter.

We had a great stay! The hotel's location was amazing - just in front of the river and near most tourist attractions. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, while the staff was generally kind and helpful. The warm and adequately-sized room was great for two people with winter gear, with enough storage space. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure excellent and we loved the tea provided in the room.
